Figure out how bad your copier woes are and take an honest assessment of your business printing needs:
- For high end use, replacing your machine every 2-3 years will help your business keep pace and prevent major meltdowns from occurring.
- If you don’t print as much, you can stretch the life of your machine out to 5 years, especially if your livelihood can handle hiccups and breakdowns along the way.
- With regular cleanings and low use, you could potentially limp your copier past the 7 year mark but with breakdowns and inevitable days where you cannot print.
A good rule of thumb to avoid a potential copier curse is to replace every 2-3 years.
