“Best Team Theme” Winners at the BioHouston Chili Cookoff!

What a fun day we had at the BioHouston Chili Cookoff! Visual Edge IT was so proud to win “Best Team Theme” for our booth display! The swamp shack was a big hit, but not as much as our “Swamp Juice” (made of Midori and orange juice) and everyone was buzzing about Michelle Kercho’s alligator sausage. Eric Fusilier brought an awesome jambalaya, a family recipe straight from home roots in Louisiana, too! Add Linda Lafon’s homemade cookies, Michelle’s amazing tradi…tional-style chili, the featured Sharp Aquos Board that spectators loved to draw on, Matt Harryman competing in a jalapeno eating contest…it’s no wonder Visual Edge IT was a hit! We had so much fun participating in this day!!
Special thanks to Deanna Hamilton for helping with the booth concept and making it a reality. And to Bob Brandt for wearing a gator mask and bringing some muscle to our finish! Way to go, great team effort TLC!
