Visual Edge IT is excited to be an upcoming Silver Sponsor in the 9th Annual NOV Golf Tournament benefiting the United Way of Greater Houston. We’re teeing off for this four-man scramble tournament that is to be held Friday, March 10, 2017 at BlackHorse Golf Club. Over the past 8 years, the NOV Golf Tournament has raised more than $240,000 for United Way, which is helping to improve lives and build stronger communities in Houston.
To put it in perspective, $240,000 could provide:
- 192 seniors with home-delivered meals for one year
- 576 individuals with job training to achieve success in the workforce
- 768 women and children escape abuse with shelter, heath care and counseling for one year
- 2,400 book clubs for 24,000 kids to help keep them reading during the summer break
